Play is a niche property development company operating at the forefront of the culturally-driven urban transformation taking place in Johannesburg - creating unique, aspirational environments that use space to connect people with people, transforming space into place. It's the city - made fun, made beautifully, made good. There are also a new set of artists studios, located at 5 De Beer Street which will be open for the day.
While Braamfontein is an entire suburb, Play Braamfontein and for the purposes of this event, will be located at the corner of Juta and De Beer Street. There is some off street parking within this area.

Studios open to the public.
From 10:30 to 17:00, Play Braam’s Artists will open their studios to the public. During this time, guests are invited to explore any of the following artists’ studios.
Screen and block printing with Imbali Visual Literacy Project (Demo/Workshop)
Imbali will be at Play Braam on Saturday 25 May selling our one-of a kind hand printed textile and embroidery pieces. We will also be offering screen and block printing opportunities to the public. Come and print your own tote bag, t-shirt or apron and experience first hand how fun and rewarding these processes are. Also, you get to leave with your own unique hand printed item.
