What is happening at the Rand Club?
About Rand Club
Founded in 1887 in the fledgling days of Johannesburg, Rand Club is the city's most enduring social institution and finest heritage venue. Whilst the magnificence of the Clubhouse draws the eye and stirs the spirit, it is the camaraderie within its walls that house gallery spaces, magnificent artworks, books shops, restaurants and bars. During this event, you will have access to areas of the Club that are usually members only areas. The Club houses a portion of the First Rand Art Collection, as well as David Tlales’ studio and a magnificent second hand book shop that deals in books and maps.
Rand Club is located at 33 Loveday St, Marshalltown, Johannesburg. Please be aware that there is only extremely limited street parking available. We suggest that you either use the shuttle or an e-hailing service to get to this venue.
